Could not start writing the story on China because of the power outage.

As I mentioned in the previous post, I was going to start my article today around 2 pm. Currently, it's 2:24 pm, and there is a power outage because of the storm, so I guess I have to wait before I could start my article. 

I will try my best to complete it by 11 pm.
